Now here’s the suggestion; If we have been we do commercial operation with the bank for the little time & we have not had any problems with them or they have not had the complaint with you, afterwards maybe there’s the chance. Don’t be suprised if they wish we to put the little material (house). They might refi we if we have the enough down payment. The thing which kills many peoples credit ratings is their incapacity to compensate upon time, bouncing checks etc… Also, if your temperament is stolen as well as we do zero about it, which will rabble your credit to. Like we pronounced before, there’s no great association & there is no quick heal to bad credit no make a difference what. Only time will repair that. Be advised, if we see those ads which broadcast they can repair your credit, if it sounds to great to be true, it is. Try which bank suggestion.
